Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

BLANK ITEMS:
American Tees has a 30 day returns and exchanges policy on blank items. Items cannot be washed or worn and must have tags attached to the garments for any refund or exchange. The items must be in resalable condition. Refunds will be applied in the same manner of payment that was given. We do not require a receipt, but we must be able to pull up your account and proof of purchase to return or exchange the item(s). If a coupon or free gift with purchase was given, the item will be refunded less the coupon amount or gift amount.

All returns are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns.

EMBELLISHED PRODUCTS- Order is Correct, just changed mind/event cancelled/ordered incorrectly etc :

Embellished items are not available for returns or exchanges for any reason as long as the order was printed accordingly to the order or the final artwork approval. We will print what has been approved and cannot exchange or refund items for any reason if the proof was approved by the customer incorrectly.

EMBELLISHED PRODUCTS– Order was produced incorrectly by American Tees:

At American Tees, we do our absolute best to safeguard the quality of each and every order by sending out multiple emails, including the initial email notification of your order requesting you to look over, in detail the items, sizes, and colors listed, any notes and due dates and more. We ask that you take each and every email we send out very seriously and do your part to ensure your order will be produced according to your requests. We also safeguard the quality of our orders by requiring proofs on all new artwork, designs and orders. You have the freedom to reject the artwork as many times as you need or stop by in person, or give us a call or text for discussion until you feel we get your art proof correct. Once the art proof is approved, if we do not produce your order according to the approved artwork approval, we will do our best to reprint the order or give a discount at American Tees’ discretion, to take care of our clients. After looking through all emails, art proofs, and phone call recordings, we find a reprint is deemed necessary, all items printed incorrectly will need to be returned to be exchanged for the corrected items. Any discrepancies or errors must be found and reported to American Tees within 5 days of receiving the item by the customer who placed the order.

All returns and exchanges are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns.
